When we generate a consolidated bill for a customer, the bill lists individual transactions incurred during the cycle. It outlines the transaction dates, amounts, merchant names, and individual POs for each transaction. This resolves the issue that would otherwise result from consolidating a bill under a single PO. How do you handle instances in which you cannot identify a single cost code and blanket PO for a customer?

Hi. Consolidated invoicing is a very good option, prior to invoicing we neeed to check with customer if the PO's can be billed on one single cost code. Genrally each PO has a seprate cost code hence consolidation in such cases will be very difficult. If we are able to identify a single cost code from the customer and one PO as a Blanket PO, then the invoicing and approval will become very easy.

All the other PO's can be associated to the blanket PO as a sub PO. and new any PO's can also be added to this.

With this process, One point of contact from customer's end can approve the invoice or raise a concern if any. Too many touch points are eliminated in this process.

Mohammed
